How the estimate works
The AI identifies each item and how much room it takes in a trailer. Volume gets compared to a 6x12 dump trailer (12×6×4 ft) and priced against typical Wasatch Front load rates, then adjusted for stairs, long carries, disassembly, travel, and disposal surcharges on things like mattresses, tires, freon appliances, and paint.
Every hauler prices differently. Pros on Servbo run this same tool against their own rate card, so the number they quote reflects their trailer, their dump fees, and their minimums.
