How the estimate works
Fence pricing is linear feet plus gates. The AI estimates the total run from the photos, sets posts roughly every 8 feet with extras at corners and ends, and counts each gate on its own.
Ground conditions decide the labor. Sloped ground means stepped or racked panels, and rocky Utah soil turns post holes into the slowest part of the job — both get their own lines.
Tearing out an existing fence, property-line uncertainty, sprinkler lines and buried utilities are all called out, so the range isn't hiding a surprise.
